  • Robin Bergeron

    FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Robin Bergeron was first introduced to the APG model of peer support in 2013 as a family participant with two teens in Lifeway International's APG in Houston, TX. After her family completed the program, she was hired as their Parent Program Coordinator, serving groups of families at multiple sites around the greater Houston area.

  • Vic

    YOUTH FACILITATOR

My name is Victor, I prefer to be called β€œVic.” I am really honored and have so much appreciation to be a youth mentor and group facilitator at Collective Roots APG.

  • Adam Schultz

    YOUTH FACILITATOR

I moved to Oregon from Wisconsin in 2000 to pursue careers in music and fine dining. I was quickly swept up in the excitement of backstage, post-show and after-hours service industry parties. Before I knew it, my passion for food and music was replaced with the obsession for alcohol and drugs.
