Hi! I'm Jeremy but feel free to call me “Jermz.” I'm a person in long-term recovery, and owner/operator of Heart Core Healing.

For the past 5+ years I've been a group facilitator at many different treatment centers for Substance Use and Mental Health with Adults, Teens, and Veterans.

I lead groups, both in-person and online, meeting amazing humans that are discovering their potential to grow and heal. I know for my wellness journey it's been profound and transformative, and that's why I do it. I bring passion and lived-experience to every group, helping others go "To the Heart, to the Core."
