It takes about $250 each week to provide a family with personalized support and case management, but many families rely on our sliding scale to access these essential services.
Share this mission with your community. Together, we can uplift youth and families, one step at a time.

Your support means more than just financial aid.
It means a teen finds a safe space to heal, a family feels supported through the hardest moments, and no one has to navigate recovery alone. It allows us to step in when crises arise, offer mentorship and connection, and create a community where hope is stronger than addiction.
Every dollar you give helps a teen feel less alone, more supported, and empowered to reclaim their future.

Your Support Can Make a Difference
Unfortunately, our community is critically underserved when it comes to recovery supports for young people. That’s where you come in. Your donations will help expand this life-changing program, ensuring that local youth and families have access to the resources they desperately need.
By supporting Collective Roots APG, you’re giving teens and families a second chance—empowering them to heal, thrive, and build a future full of hope. Together, we can create a community where no one has to face recovery alone.

A Proven Model That Saves Lives
The opioid crisis continues to take lives, but early intervention and peer support can change that. For over 45 years, Alternative Peer Groups (APGs) have helped at-risk youth recover, guiding them toward a future as healthy, thriving individuals.
This proven model not only supports teens in overcoming substance use but also helps them grow into leaders and advocates. At Collective Roots APG, we are committed to bringing this life-saving approach to our community—giving teens and families the support they need to heal and build brighter futures.
